Finally got to see Rachel Stacy live and not on You Tube! The show was very wet and outdoors at the Texas Lottery Plaza. Very small crowd due to the weather. She performed despite the conditions and the small crowd. Thanks go out to her and her band! I have added a few photos from the show…..
